Your ward data stays exactly where it belongs
Cliniqare Station is a local shift-organizer tool, not a medical record system. It is designed to run entirely on your device. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any data — including patient-related information — to any server, and it stores no patient data anywhere outside your device. This policy explains exactly how that works.
1Information We Collect
Cliniqare Station collects nothing. We do not request names, contact details, account credentials, location data, patient information, or any other personal or clinical data. There is no sign-up, no profile, and no background collection of any kind.
2How We Use Information
Because no information is collected, none is used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. We do not build usage statistics, do not track behavior, and do not share anything with advertisers, data brokers, or any other party — there is simply nothing to share.
3Data Storage
Everything you enter — bed statuses, procedure notes, and shift-handover details — is stored locally on your own device only. Cliniqare Station has no cloud backend, no remote database, and no server-side storage of any kind.
4Third-Party Services
The app does not integrate analytics software, advertising networks, or third-party trackers. No SDKs are embedded to monitor your activity, and no information is passed to outside companies.
5Data Security
Because your information never leaves your device, there is no transmission to intercept and no remote database to breach. Your device's own security settings and safeguards govern access to the app and its locally stored content.
6Children's Privacy
Cliniqare Station does not knowingly or unknowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data collection occurs for any user, the app is compliant with the spirit of COPPA and similar regulations by design.
7Your Control
There are no accounts to manage and nothing stored on our end to request or delete. All content lives locally on your device, so you remain in full control at all times — uninstalling the app removes its locally stored content entirely.
8Changes to This Policy
If this policy is ever updated, the revised version will be published within the app with a new effective date. Because we do not collect contact information, we encourage users to review this page periodically.
